Job Description:
BSG is seeking an exceptional salesperson with the contacts, drive and enthusiasm to achieve phenomenal success with the company's new payment processing initiatives. This position will focus on selling BSG's suite of payment processing, risk management and merchant acquiring services (BSG is a registered ISO for multiple banks) to existing customers and national accounts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Source Prospects - Develop and maintain a pipeline of target clients and channel sales partners
• Deliver Contracts - Manage the entire sales cycle and exceed sales quotas
• Account Management - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with contacts within target organizations
• Represent BSG at industry symposiums and conventions

Profile:
• A relevant under-graduate degree (i.e. Business, Finance, MIS, etc.) or equivalent experience
• 5 years of demonstrated success selling credit card, ACH or risk management services
• Payment processing - knowledge of credit card and ACH regulations, and the payments industry
• Demonstrated expertise cultivating C-level contacts for major accounts and national brands
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Rolodex - CNP telecommunications and e-commerce experience are highly valued
• Advanced degree - MBA or other relevant degree preferred
• Previous experience working for a merchant acquirer or third party processor

Account Manager
Job Description:
The BSG Payments team is leading the company's new e-commerce and risk initiatives (Credit Card, ACH and Alternative Payments) and our success will be defined by the manner in which we serve our clients. BSG is seeking a talented Account Manager with the ambition and enthusiasm to deliver excellent customer service while accelerating sales activity to surpass company goals.

Primary Job Functions:
• Sales - Evaluate client’s activity and identify opportunities for improvement. Expand sales of BSG’s payment processing, risk management and acquiring services to assigned accounts. Represent the company and tradeshows and client events
• Support - Cultivate c-level relationships with major accounts. Identify objectives, document action plans and liaise accordingly to ensure delivery of results that surpass expectations
• Training - Provide customers with training and advice regarding BSG’s service offerings. Solicit client feedback and communicate the results to the product management team
• Status Review - Make periodic presentations to BSG management regarding initiatives and achievement of target metrics

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• A relevant undergraduate degree (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business) or equivalent experience
• A detail-oriented individual able to multi-task and deliver succinct results under pressure
• Excellent computer use skills – (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years previous account management experience (relevant industry preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of telecommunications and/or e-commerce processing
• Experience working for an acquirer, bank, or other payment processor (credit card, ACH, mobile billing, or LEC billing)
