Agreement with Panama's largest telecom carrier further expands company's Latin American footprint
Tampa, Florida — August 6, 2007 — BSG Clearing Solutions, a subsidiary of Billing Services Group Limited (AIM: BILL), the telecom industry's clearing and settlement provider, today announced an agreement with Cable & Wireless Panama to provide data and financial clearing services. BSG's continued traction of its wireless clearing and settlement operations in the Latin American and Caribbean, Asia Pacific and African regions is a result of its expanded commercial team.
Under the agreement, BSG will provide data clearing, financial clearing and roaming information services for Cable & Wireless Panama's 275 roaming partners around the globe.
BSG offers operators in the Latin American and Caribbean region financial and data clearing including IOT check, TAP file conversion, fraud high usage reports and roaming information services. Benefits include a dedicated, debt collection team, as well as sophisticated, real-time financial reporting and analysis and access to historical data.
